Cloud based hosted, fully managed optionally geo-redundant voice service. It is based on Cisco’s HCS technology platform. It is a full featured 7×24 service enabling our clients to lower their total cost of ownership, conserve capital, increase their agility, shorten the Time-Value time span, reduce risk, simplify their environment and free their IT staffs to focus on key strategic initiatives. The platform is multi-customer with a common infrastructure that is shared but each customer has dedicated VM’s for each instance of the application deployed. The system uses a Cisco Certified Security architecture across the full solution including network, data center, storage, VM, management, application separation and customer access creating a world class solution.
The system has multiple feature bundles ranging from basic dial tone to fully featured unified communication applications. It can include: geo-redundancy, IP phones, dial tone / call control, voicemail / unified messaging, conferencing both ad-hoc & meet me, video calling (point to point), jabber, desktop client license, mobile device client license, self-care portal and is fully 7×24 monitored and managed. Optional additional applications / features include: call centers, workforce management, emergency responder, WebEx, call accounting, auto attendant, attendant console and SRST remote site backup.
